At sis Home Health Care, our registered nurses cordinate all aspects of health care services, home medical equipment, and infusion therapy. On home visits, our nurses practice patient - focused, family - centered care that encompasses a patient's physical and emotional health. In addition, our nurses ensure that progress reports are made to the physician for patients under medical care describing patient activities and/ or changes in condition.

This individual is responsible for supervising and participating in the application of a wide variety of occupational therapy treatments to enhance rehabilitation of physical disabilities, injuries or diseases.

This is a qualified person who is responsible for supervising and participating in the application of a wide variety of physical therapy treatments to enhance rehabilitation of physical disabilities, injuries, and disease process.

This individual is responsible for providing evaluation, and treatment to enhance the rehabilitation of patients with speech and language disorders, hearing disorders, and or oral myofunctional disorders. Provides treatments under the orders of a physician. Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.

This individual is responsible for evaluating the social and emotional needs of the patient related to his/ her medical condition under the order of a physician. The social worker shall not provide clinical counseling to patients or caregivers unless licensed pursuant to chapter 491, F.S.

The individual in this position provides personal care services to patients in the home setting. All services are provided under the supervision of registered nurses.
